Page is not loading embedded videos for anonymous users

I have set the global permission for my space to "view" for Anonymous users.

When anonymous user goes to the page Cards that are embedded such as youtube  or Loom won't load and it has the error: We couldn't load this link for an unknown reason.

It seems to be bug and it doesn't work

Workaround is the only solution till the issue is fixed

How do I / What does it mean to add it as an attached Macro? Can I not just have it as a hyperlink that would just open a new tab?
