Page properties Macro

gk_b May 4, 2020

Here is the requirement -

Case 1: I have one confluence page for each project with description, project status, risks, dependencies, milestones, stakeholders contact etc.  I have put all of the above info in a Page Properties Macro

I need to get project title, project status , risks, dependencies from each project page using Page Properties Report macro and display in consolidated page as a report to management. Ex.

Project1       In-progress          Risk1            Dependency1

Project2       Initiated               Risk2           Dependency2

                                                  Risk21          Dependency21

Project3       To be priortized         Risk3            Dependency1

How do I do this ?

Case 2: It's same as Case 1 but each project information is displayed in different tabs. ex. Risks in Risks tab, Dependencies in Dependency Tab etc

Hi @gk_b

As you already said correctly, you need the page properties macro.

All your informations should be in a table in "PAGE A". And this page needs a label.

On the overview page, you need to use the page properties report macro

And you have to specify the label from "PAGE A":

@gk_b , it seems like you're taking the right steps to accomplish your case 1. What are the challenges you're having to get it done? I suppose you went through the docs at

For your case 2, I believe you'll need to look into some add-ons at the Atlassian Marketplace

Cheers,

IL.

Thanks for your response. I was looking for built-in capability for 2nd use case.
