Hi!
Is there some possibility to automatically remove these users from pages restrictions who are unlicensed (i.e. users who have left the company)?
Currently there are many users in the restriction users list, but they do not work with us anymore.
Alexis is right, there is no automatic option currently to achieve this. Please refer this thread on similar requirement, you will find some useful info in comments.
Hi @Kaur Joakit ,
there is no automatic way to do this, you will have to do this manually or delete users instead of deactivating. If a user is deleted, then all its permissions and restrictions will disappear.
You can have a look at the differences between Deactivate and Delete users : https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/delete-or-disable-users-138318.html
Let me know if this helps,

Hi,
How can the confluence system knows automatically, if someone left from the organization.
Or
You may need to have some email from HR, whenever a person left the organization, to back his license.
You can check by writing a query from DB,

Please check the above article, it may helpful to identify inactive users.
Thanks,
Anvesh
