Hi there,
We currently have a confluence 6.15.2 install.
There are so many issues with it, it's unable to create XML backups, the backup we did manage to create has issues with duplicate users, we can't delete those duplicates from the MYSQL database etc.
The list is endless. Is there some kind of paid support for confluence? Reason I ask is I don't think the issues we face can be easily resolved by community support. We'll need a little "1 to 1" support.
Is this possible?

Having said, I would request you to first get in touch with Atlassian Support team. If you are a premium subscriber, then I'm sure their will be a dedicated Atlassian support.
