Hi,

just trying to prevent some lines in a table from being exported, both PDF and Word. Is there any chance achieving this without programming user macros (missing rights)?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, Confluence is a wiki publishing platform and when you want to export a page, it expects to simply export the whole lot.  You will need apps to hide parts of the content from export.
