Permission edit page, but not create new page?

Hi. Is there a way to give a user the permission to edit a page, without the opportunity to create a new page?

Create page and Edit page permission comes together in confluence - you can vote for it on suggestions such as CONFCLOUD-51547.

As per my knowledge , out of the box this feature is not available.  We have one permission for both create and edit.

There is an Open request with Atlassian for this feature. Please vote
