Permission revoked for a page that I created. I can no longer access the page

I created a page on my personal Space yesterday.  Today Confluence showed a message that said I needed to get permission to view the page.  When I asked for Permission, it said to contact the Admin.  I am the Admin - does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Hi Chris,

Are you able to view the restricted pages in that Space? If so, you can click the lock icon as the admin to remove any restrictions that might have been accidentally applied to that space.
