Permission to create a knowledge base category

Each service agent has the possibility to create knowledge base categories. I am looking for an option so that only admins has the possibility to create categories. Is that possible?

Hi @Evert Morren

I believe that there is no settings to restrict this. I would recommend that the team reviews the categories in a monthly basis to ensure that they cover the key content of your knowledge base.
