Personal space shows created by other user

I have a user that did not have a personal space created for them automatically and does not have an option to create a personal space. When they go to create a space at all, it automatically shows myself as the creator not themselves. None of my other users have had this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Feeling pretty stuck.

Did you checked the user is properly set up along with the permissions who is trying to create Personal Space ?

Also can you try this behaviour in another browser if same issue still exists ?

If above doesn't help, pls share some more details along with screenshot(if possible) to suggest further on this.
