Picture export not working

Dear sir or madame

We spent a lot of time creating documentations in Confluence. When I try to export a document with subpages in to a Word document, almost none of the inclluded pictures will get exported. I also have tried to export a single page with the same result.

How do I get the pictures exported to my documents for all subpages?

Hi Patrick, 

How were you exporting your content – were you using the native Confluence exporter or a third party app, such as or own Scroll Exporter apps?

Additionally, were you using Confluence Server or Cloud?

I know on Confluence Cloud that images can be prevented from being exported with Scroll PDF Exporter or Scroll Word Exporter due to a / character being included in the page title. This is a known issue that Atlassian has created an issue for and you can track it here: https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/CE-735

Hi Thomas,

I have tried both ways. First I exported with the exporter from Confluence. I also tried the 3rd party app Scroll Exporter. This export is only showing placeholders instead of the actual image, but does show Gliffy diagrams created within Confluence.

We are running Confluence on our own Linux server.
