I purchased a plugin license for Confluence Server. But, it's not showing up when I click on the email link, 'Get your product license' I'm only able to see the evaluation license for the plugin.

best you contact the Atlassian support. The community (mostly non-Atlassian volunteers) has no access to information bound to your Atlassian account.
