Portal access

I recently opened an internal helpdesk portal so that co-workers can make tickets for all kinds of internal problems. I noticed that outside customers managed to find it, I'd like to hide the portal so that only people who are connected to the azure active directory can access it.

Hey @Furkan

I recommend reading the documentation on managing portal access. You should also familiarize yourself with the site access settings and customer access in general. :) Change access settings for your customers

I'm confident that you will be able to achieve your goal after that. :) Or you simply ask more questions here if that isn't enough. 🤘🏼

Best, Max

I noticed that the access settings for the customers is for all of our jira projects, we have a couple thats directed to our customers and if i change the customer access settings they can't visit all the other portals.

I have temporary changed the settings that only people who are in the customerlist for that project can visit the portal but that means i will have to add all of our co workers manually, didn't find a setting where i can add an entire group or organisation.

Thanks for your answer and I'll continue to look!

Hi @Furkan , welcome to the Community.

a portal should only be accessible to those customers that are listed as Customers in the associated project. Could you click on Customers in the sidebar and see if the unwanted customers or Organizations are listed?
