Possibility of following pages and their daughters without receiving changes from the rest of the sp

Is there a way to enable in Confluence the possibility of following a page and its children to receive ONLY the changes of these pages and not of the entire space.

You can either follow a whole space or individual pages out of the box. The functionality you're asking about appears to be offered by this add-on Tree View.
