Hi,
I found the unfortunately not answered question "Confluence: Can you make links relative to the current space? (i.e. this.space vs the name)" which could be already in relation to my question:
Is there a possibility to use links in a relative meaning, that after copying a page incl. all sub-pages and their linkage among will refer after copying to the new instances?

Create the table of contents, then copy the link generated by it.
Leave out the space part of the internal link. Without a space to work with, Confluence has to assume you mean "this space".
For example, replace [ABC: A page] with [A page]
