Action 1: Migrated users from LDAP 1 to LDAP 2
Issue: Few users are having below issues:
- Existing pages are shown with UnKnown users
- Adding in comments / Tag are showing as 'Unknown Users'
- Ex. Todd_Barlow (Underscore) was changed to Todd.Barlow (DOT); now the pages that user had are now with unknown_users and also, if we try to add the users in any comment section it acts are 'UnknownUsers'; but while tagging the users - drop-down shows correct user as Todd.Barlow (DOT) - post selecting it acts as Unknown Users. i.e. the UserKey is shown for Todd_Barlow (old user) instead for Todd.Barlow (DOT).
List of users doesn't show both accounts - only Todd.Barlow is shown.
