Hi @Koen Steenkiste 

 

I guess that you are referring to https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-analytics-to-see-how-content-is-performing/

To activate it you need to change your Confluence subscription plan from Standard to Premium. Here you can find how to do this - https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/manage-your-bill-for-standard-and-premium-plans/
