Pressing ESC when a picture is full screen takes you back to the top of the source page

Before the recent update it use to work so: when pressing ESC to go back to the page from an image, confluence went right back to the same part of the confluence page but now it jumps to the top of the page.

This is quite annoying.

Pressing the X on the top right of the image still takes you back to the same part of the the document, but requires extra click and mouse movement which can add up when viewing many images.

Can the ESC functionality be adjusted somewhere?
