Printed Excel cells don't show end of line character.

I was trying to print xls file with some end of line signs. It doesn't work.
I have found closed ticket:
[CONFSERVER-39112] Word wrap (newline) in Excel cells do not work in viewxls Macro - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Maybe Atlassian can find some time and try to fix this issue?

Everybody who see this like an opportunity to extend possibilites of Confluence please vote :)

The bug you referenced has been closed and is marked as won't do.  I doubt it will be reopened and I would suggest looking at one of the many plugins in the marketplace.  Maybe one of them will resolve your issue. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=excel

Hi Brant,

many thank for the quick answer. Yeah there is a planty of things. But I have no option to use different macros than:

• office excel
• table spreadsheet

The second one prints values correctly but it's quite open for editors or readers who can edit on the fly.

Perhaps when we will have more plugins/macros on our side we can workaround this.
