Printing attachments as part of a page export

If you have a page with an attachment, is there a way to have the attachment print when you export to PDF or to Word?

@Karen Ferland, It doesn't look like this is possible within Native Confluence.  There is a feature request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-44246.  There may be an add-on that can accomplish this but I am not sure of one off hand.
