Problem with Publishing Confluence from the Intranet to Internet

Hello,guys,

Now I want to publish our confluence wiki from the Intranet to Internet. while I failed several times. I used a sub_site IP address to map the Intranet IP,but it always can't skip to the dashboard (500 Dispatching Error). While I created a new IP for the wiki system (a parent site), other than a subfolder, it worked.

So, can somebody help me, What's the problem with the sub_site?
