Problem with html macro

JMP Support July 27, 2020

Hi all,

We're currently adding html marco to our page like this:

htmlmacro1.PNG

But it doesn't work as expected, the page is shown like this:htmlmacro2.PNG

As you can see, only the first html appears and it's not even showing the dashboard, every dashboard is empty like in the picture, the rest including one more html macro and texts disappear.

Can you please help with identifying what I did wrong, and how I can solve it?

Thank you,

Duong

My suggestion is to try some diagnostics. For example, use the browser inspect function to make sure the iframe is rendering correctly, and then check the console for error messages (sometimes a page refresh my be needed to see what is going on). Also, make sure that your jira instance is whitelisted/connected for/to your Confluence instance.

I would also check to see if the JIRA issue macro couldn't do what you want (just testing with it can help debug connectivity issues, even if you don't use it for your final solution).
