×Hi everyone,
I’m running into an issue with our Refined site (Confluence Cloud):
On the homepage I use a module where you can display links to pages from a space via Page ID .
The links are displayed correctly on the homepage.
But whenever I click on one of those links, I get the following error:
“We couldn’t find what you’re looking for. We looked everywhere, but it doesn’t exist.”
Things I have already tried:
Verified that the page exists in Confluence → it works fine there.
Manually adjusted the URL to the Refined version → still not working.
Removed the module and re-added it with the correct IDs.
Has anyone experienced this before? Do I need to configure something in Site Builder (spaces, site mapping, or permissions) to make sure these links resolve correctly? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
All the other links on our website work perfectly.
Thanks in advance.
Hey @Slimane Belgharbi ,
What you can also do is maybe try to reach the Refined support team directly: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221322/refined-sites-for-confluence-intranets-documentation-kbs?hosting=cloud&tab=support
I'm not sure if they have their representatives here on Forums, but they are usually quite responsive if you submit a ticket via their help center (linked above).
Cheers,
Tobi
Hi @Slimane Belgharbi ,
Raj from Refined here 👋 - Thanks @Kristian Klima for pinging me on this one.
Have you added the Space(s) in question, those that contain the pages you are trying to show via the module, to that Refined site? See guide here.
Permissions-wise: Confluence permissions should be respected, so a user that can see the pages in Confluence, should be able to see them on the Refined site as well.
If you've added the Space(s) and the issue persists - please reach out to our support team as @Tomislav Tobijas suggested, and the team will help troubleshoot further.
Best regards, Raj

Yes, this usually happens when the space isn’t mapped in Site Builder, so Refined doesn’t “know” where to route the page ID.
Try going to Site Builder → Spaces & content → Add mapping, and make sure the space that contains those pages is explicitly mapped to a category/site (even if you’re not using navigation from that space).
Once the space is mapped, the page ID links should start resolving correctly in Refined.
Hope that helps.
