Good day to you, we have a problem, we can't index one of our users .

We add him in Confluence but we can't find him. We typing: @username. But it's equal nothing. Please help us.

you also need to go to confluence cog wheel --> User Management --> User Directories --> Synchronize directory to pull in users.
