Problems in accessing a new space

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hello Community,

I received an email confirming that I now have access to Space "A".
When I log in, I can see a notification confirming this access.

However, when I try to visit Space A, I see a message stating that I don’t have access.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

Welcome to the community.

I suggest checking with the Confluence space admin if the page or parent page is restricted.

https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/add-or-remove-page-restrictions/#Change-who-can-view-or-edit-content

In some cases, you might be granted a Confluence space, but the home/parent pages are restricted to only a particular group of users.
