I am a Confluence user and have added mp4 files (GoToMeeting recordings specifically) to Confluence pages in the past. Rather recently, I've noticed that the mp4 page cannot be viewed. While it shows I have added the file as an attachment and seems like it attached successfully, once I click on it as well as others that have access to the page, the square/space where the video should be viewed turns white with a little white icon in the middle. Nothing plays. What could be the issue?
@Lauren Bertsch , Hi!
Do you use multimedia macro?

We do not. We drag and drop the file on the page. We have also attached the file by adding them to the page by / files&images. I don't see where the multimedia macro is available in the new editor. We also tried exporting the mp4 videos to .mov and still have the same issue.
