Problems with Confluence 7.13.2 and Synchrony - no Editing possible

Since Update to Confluence 7.13.2 (Server) we can*t edit pages when the synchrony-service is on. When we turn it off, one User can edit pages. 

Does anyone have an idea?

Try the following workarounds posted here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/troubleshooting-collaborative-editing-858772087.html#:~:text=If%20you%20see%20an%20error%20immediatley%20in%20the%20editor%2C%20but,processes%20and%20then%20restart%20Confluence.

If this doesn't work, I recommend you open a support ticket with atlassian.

Thanx for the Answer - we solved the problem with adjustment of websockets on the reverse proxy.
