Process to migrate from one server to another

Hi,

We have a Confluence SErver version 7.4.7 with Postgre 10 in a Windows Server 2012 R2 and we need to migrate to Windows SErver 2019. We planned to install the same versions in the new 2019 WS but Postgre 10 is not compatible with this version. What is the best way you recommend to do the migration?
