can we restrict  profile list macro to specific user in confluence

Hello,

Can you clarify which macro you are referring to? Are you referring to the User List Macro or the User Profile Macro? 

The User List Macro you can restrict to display only users from a certain group. The User Profile Macro you restrict to show a single user.

If you meant "restrict from" instead of "restrict to" then no, it's not possible to restrict certain users from seeing the macro.

If you weren't referring to either one of these macros, can you show me which macro you're referring to?
