Hi,
Currently I am writing a book that deals with Enterprise Architecture. In this book I propose an approach that uses Wiki as a tool to store architectural information.
As a goody, I want to create a sample Wiki that contains maybe 100-200 Wiki pages with sample data structured according to my approach.
What is the best way to make these Wiki pages available for readers in a way that they can import them to their on premise or cloud installations? Is it possible to create my own Confluence Wiki in the cloud so that others can read (but not change) it and download it as a template to their own Confluence instance?
Thx
Wolfgang
Hi @Wolfgang Göbl,
Yes, you can create your own Confluence wiki in the cloud that others can read. What you'd have to do is enable anonymous access for the space(s) that you want other people to be able to view
Instructions on how to do that for a space are here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/make-a-space-public-827106208.html
But you'll first have to enable it for your site:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/setting-up-public-access-934718729.html
You can set the permissions so anonymous users can view your content but can't change it, and you can also let them have permission to export your space.
They then just need to create an xml space export, and import it into their site:

Hope that helps :)
