Me gastaría saber si es posible generar reportes de vistas o consumo de la base de conocimiento. Actualmente el licenciamiento es Confluence Standar.
@Soporte Itera If you have only Confluence, not JSM, you can see if the Page insights and analytics feature offers what you need. According to this page, it is available with Confluence Standard: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/view-insights-on-pages/
Hi @Soporte Itera there are a few reports included with JSM regarding the Knowledge Base. If you look under reports, The Request Deflected report will tell you how many times articles have been looked at, as well as if people said it resolved their issue.
There is also the Requests Resolved that will include information if a work item was closed with a Knowledge Base issue linked.
