Pull down menu in Confluence

I'm trying to generate a pull down menu with a few options to pick from in a cell of a table.

How can I do that in Confluence without an app ?

Do you mean like a dropdown list?

If yes, that's not available natively at this point. But the upcoming Confluence databases might do some things similar to your need?
