Q&A plugin for Confluence

Is anyone aware of how to make Confluence act like a Q&A forum, e.g. like StackOverflow or OSQA ?

We use OSQA in Answers. I could think of a forum plugin for Confluence though even though it doesn't work like OSQA. It's called Community Bubbles. However please bear in mind that this is third party plugin therefore fell outside our Support Scope.
