Page views are not stored in the Confluence database by default, so it's not possible to do this. There is a plugin you can enable to track page views, but it stores this information in the Apache Lucene index, so you cannot query the DB for this information.
You could look at embedding Google Analytics (or an equivalent service) in your Confluence instance. This will track page views in a performant manner and probably give you a REST API or something similar that you can query for information.
