Can I some information about this issue?
Thank you.
Hi there,
Can you let me know what version of Confluence you're using and in which version this last worked?
Did you have an upgrade recently when it stopped working?
Regards,
Shannon
Thanks for reply Shannon.
I'm sorry for late response.
I use the some of Confluence version now.
The version that occurred with this issue is 5.9.4(In fact, this version maintenance was expired, but I asked if I could get a clue about issue)
This version was not upgrade recently.
This issue was not occurred with the newest Confluence version.
But In Confluence version 5.9.4, If we are change main Confluence Page Theme(Global Look and Feel to Documentation), appear as unknown macro error message.
That's fine if you can check that issue.
This issue was resolved with change Confluence page's theme.
Thanks for your active reply.

Hi there,
From my understanding, you're using Confluence 5.9.4 and when switching to the Documentation Theme, you get the error.
To resolve this, go into your Manage Add-ons menu and ensure to enable the Pagetree Plugin. Ensure that all macros are enabled.
Additionally, as you mentioned, 5.9.4 has reached End of Life. We recommend that you upgrade as soon as possible to a supported version. Keep in mind that the Documentation Theme was discontinued with the start of Confluence 6.0 so this is not a theme you will be able to use going forward.

Thank you for detailed explanation.
I got it your opinion. But Error Message(Unknown macros) still appeared with Confluence page nevertheless I was enable the Pagetree Plugin(All macros was enabled).
In Documentation Theme, it's successfully work with itself function. But Error Message is still appeared with high page. Although It's not necessary now, It's weird Issue.
Thanks for help @Shannon S

Thank you for your response. So to clarify, you said you did enable the Pagetree Plugin but that this did not resolve your issue.
I noticed that you mentioned it was for Pagetree but actually the error says "Spacetree" which I believe may be unrelated to Confluence itself.
My investigation shows there's a 3rd party add-on called Spacetree. Can you tell me if any time you had installed that add-on? You can check your Manage Add-ons page as before and see if you have installed that add-on. You can either re-install it, or uninstall it but then you'll have to remove your reference to Spacetree in your sidebar.

Shannon
