Question about Confluence's Import Word Document

Hello.

I have one question about Confluence's Import Word Document.

before I'm ask this question, Thanks for this good function.

I was perform by external word documents.

It's work very well normally, but some people are talk to me about sometimes not working this function. 

the situation was occurred with white confluence page. (We can't find strange confluence server log contents at this time)

We can't figure out why this issue was occurred. (because of there aren't log & reaction, we can't expect that this issue)

Can I some information to remove this situation?
