Question about exporting Jira/Confluence data

Is it possible to export our full jira database as well as the contents of our confluence wiki? We're considering moving to an in-house Jira and Confluence instance, and we'd like to move our data over.

We can provide you an XML export of JIRA (with attachments), Confluence (with attachments) and Subversion.
