Question on upgrading Confluence

1. Whether Confluence 5.6.3 (Server) data will be compatible with the Confluence version 6.11/6.10 on Azure?
 
2. Which version of Confluence is stable 6.10 or 6.11 (Cloud) ? Will it support PostgreSQL Database 9.6?

5.x and 6.x are not Cloud versions.

5.6 can be upgraded to 6.x easily.

All 6.x releases in the main download pages are "stable"
