RESOLVED: Using the "start" parameter with get attachment REST API results always in ERROR 500

It seems like there is a problem in the REST API itself - whenever I add &start=0 (or any other number) to my query, the server returns 500. For other queries it works as expected. Is it a bug in the API or could this have another cause?

 

EDIT: Resolved, it was just my bad!
