I just upgrade from confluence-5.1 to confluence-5.2.3
every thing works find except one part of refinedwiki

Documents are not Searchable | 6 matches, last match on line 13255 |
Deadlocks in Oracle 11G due to missing indexes | 9 matches, last match on line 9221 |
Confluence Upgrade Fails Due to Table Doesn't Exist | 1 match on line 500 |
Confluence Does Not Start Due to 'Spring Application context has not been set' in Linux | 4 matches, last match on line 29 |
this is what I got.
I did uninstall the refindedwiki and reinstall it but did not help
is there a way to fix this?

find out one of the APP was causing the 500 error porblem

helped me:
Server Error 500:
sh /opt/atlassian/confluence/bin/stop-confluence.sh
backup and delete with winscp /var/atlassian/application-data/confluence/index/edge
create index folder, permissions for confluence-user
restart server
