A colleague is granted view and edit access to a blog but she's still not able to edit it

I have given my colleague editing access to a blog by typing her name in the restrictions window but she is still not able to edit the blog or the restrictions on it. I can see her in the restriction list with "Can view and edit". What could be the issue?

Hi @Lotta Keski-Maenpaa ,

can you check that this user has proper permission? Go to Space Settings -> Permissions and check if you see that user (or group) there.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Hi! Actually I just solved this by adding her to a user group and gave that group access so now she is able to edit. Thanks!
