Hi @[deleted] Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As community members we don't have access to your site /systems so won't be able to help you with this. If this is your self-hosted confluence site, you should be reaching out to your site admins to help you with this. If you are unaware of who they are you can try submitting a support ticket to Atlassian Support, who might be able to help you further.
Welcome to the Community!
I think you may be in the wrong place. It sounds like you need help with your Confluence, but you've clicked on "help with Confluence" and ended up in the Community. We're not your Confluence admins, you probably need to be talking to them, not us. We've got less access to, and less knowledge of, your system than you do!

Hello @[deleted],
first of all, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. The Atlassian Community is a place where you can get in touch with other Atlassian users around the world. It's a community and a platform. If you're looking for the official Atlassian support please follow this link: https://support.atlassian.com/
If team members can't see a space it's most of the time an access or permission topic. Do you use Confluence Server or Confluence Cloud.
Here are two articles that may help you to understand what's going on:
