A regular user now gets restricted page message when trying to view a page

We've got a regular user that had access to a pages and was able to view the contents. As of Dec 9, 2019, she could no longer view the page and gets a "This is a restricted space Go to the previous page or home page" message. I've looked at her permissions and groups she belongs to. They are the same as others in her department.

I went in and removed her from the same groups as the others in her department, then added her back again, hoping that might do the trick. It didn't.

Has anyone ever run into this before? I am the new Site Admin for our company. Perhaps this is an easy fix, but I can't find anything that looks unusual in our settings.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

maybe the page itself or a parent page of that page is restricted

The page itself is available to everyone. Everyone is able to access it, with the exception of this one user.
