A user is getting "You have not been granted access to Confluence" error

One of the users is getting an access error when attempting to access the wiki (https://rovingshoe.atlassian.net/wiki). I believe all of his access permissions are identical to the other users.

Hi Dan,

If you have admin access, have you verified that the user exists and has the proper group memberships as described here to access your OnDemand instance?
