I prepared well for the APB-220 exam.

But I'm a little worried, are these really just questions about the space admin that will come up and nothing more?

I have passed it. It was really straight forward: permissions (the different types, also the anonymous access), restrictions, template and blueprints... (it's important to be aware about what you can do within the space and what is managed at the global level).
