I Have a question about License. My company already have a license for Confluence 10 Users, but for another team.
Now, I want to implement Confluence as Knowledge Base for my Team. Is there a problem for the same company to have 2 licenses for the same product?

After consulting our Customer Advocates I can rest assure you are able to have two or more Confluence licenses under the same company for different teams, this happens all the time in Server and Cloud instances.
