Dear community,
I have a free tier site on confluence, and have added 6 users I would like to collaborate with, unfortunately, none of them are able to see the space that was created (I even sent a direct invite to them)
Any option for opening up says that I am on the free version and to manage permissions I need to be on a paid subsciprion.
My understanding is that the spaces should by default be open to all logged on users? and I should not be able to restrict permissions. I seem to be in the opposite position.
Users who have followed my invite get the message "You've stumbled on a restricted space."
Any help appreciated.
Robert
Ok, I upgraded to standard on the free 14 day trial, hoping can go back to free at the end.. what I can see now (after permissions are visible) is the users are not in the default space access group.. only org-admins?
Surely this is incorrect or does everyone have to be org admins. ? Either way, I have added users:
At the end of the trial if there is a problem with access again, I guess I will make everyone org-admins.
Thanks,
Robert
Hi @r_a_meier ,
Atlassian doesn't allow you to set permissions with the free plan:

I would suspect the people don't have the right (free) license. Please review:

Thanks for the reply, this is a example of a user that is not able to access, could you indicate what permissions they need?

What does it show for the other users? Do they have "user" access?
