Hi, I’ve created articles to share with users from my company. However, not all of them has Confluence or Jira account. Is there a way I am able to still share it with them? I sent the link via email and I noticed when they clicked on the link, it takes the user to confluence log in page. Is there a way around it without having a need for them to have Conflurnce account or log in to access o my article page?
Please advice. Thanks 😊
Hi @Fay Oates
there is a 3rd party app called External Share. It's built primarily for users who don't want to give Confluence access to anyone but to still be able to share pieces of information across internal and external channels.
Thank you for sharing, @Teodora V _Fun Inc_ ! This is awesome and might be a great way to do it if my management is willing to pay for it. I’m hoping to get around paying for a third party app unless this is the only route/options for me. Greatly appreciate your help!

Hey Fay, i've found that there's two spaces to manage public access -
In Jira, Go to your project > Project Settings > Knowledge base > Change "Who can view" to anyone for the space you want public access to.
Then in the same settings section, when you hover over the space you'll see "settings" appear in the far right column. Click there then go to the bottom in the "Anonymous Access" section and tick "View".
This helped us, hope it helps you!

I was able to do it as an admin however it may be different depending on your organisations' setup.
