Hi,
I have imported a space from my Server Version of Confluence into the Cloud. All worked without error messages. However the access rights have been imported as well with the user names from the server version. This resulted in no or limited access to several pages of my space as my username from the server is not recognized as my user in the cloud.
Any idea how to solve this?
Thanks in advance for your help
Clemens
Hi Clemens,
you can manage the permissions as administrator in the Settings of your Cloud Instance (Security -> Space permissions) and then remove restrictions from pages in the Space tools.

Hi Max,
thanks for the quick answer. This is waht I tried and I can set permissions for existing users. However on the Restrictions side as soon as I try to remove restrictions I get an error message that I am not allowed to do so and I should contact my space admin. As I am the space admin this does not make any sense to me.
Am I doing anything wrong?
Best Clemens

Hi Clemens,
can you please check if you got the Add/Delete Page Restrictions permission in that space in addition to the Space Admin permission?
Edit: If the problem persists although you got all permissions necessary, please reach out to the support as I think they can be of better help on a Cloud instance :)
