Achor LInks still not working

I am still experiencing the same issue as others have reported wiht the anchor link as well as a new issue:

1.  Same issue -  When clicking on the link to an anchor, the page opens at the top instead of at the anchor location.

2.   New issue - Last week, after setting up an anchor link, the link does not open the anchor linked page, but instead opens a new draft page.  

Any idea of when these will be resolved?

For

1 - Please add anchors as mentioned in this article. You should be able to use them without any issues. I use them on an everyday basis.

2 - It is a broken link and you see it in purple unlike the actual links in blue. Generally broken links take you to new draft page when clicked. So please try and modify the link appropriately to correct this behaviour.

Please let me know if there is any error or warning message you may encounter.
