Hi all,
We have the problem that
1. in the past, we activated some AddOns. After trial period, we continue to use them on a regular basis
2. we had issues with the renewal of the subscription of confluence. This has been mitigated, our subsciption is now renewed and confluence (core) is working as expected. However, when we try to use extensions and thus activate those, we get:
PRODUCT_ALREADY_ACTIVE

If your payment declines or your plans get downgraded, you'll need to contact Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ for them to manually correct your account.
Explain the situation to them and they will help remedy this problem for your account.
